Hi, I’m Lora — the garden designer behind Urban Greenery.

I create gardens that help people feel more grounded, calm, and connected to the natural world — even in the busiest urban settings.

My approach is simple: more plants, fewer hard materials; more meaning, less noise.

I believe gardens should be places where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and feel held by nature. Whether it’s a balcony, courtyard, or full garden, I design spaces that nurture wellbeing, support wildlife, and evolve beautifully through the seasons. For me, gardens aren’t just outdoor spaces — they're living extensions of how we want to feel in our lives. I’m drawn to natural textures, layered planting, sensory moments, and designs that celebrate the quiet beauty of nature.

I focus on:

Plant-led design — using trees, grasses, perennials, and wild seasonal colour

Sustainability — choosing eco-friendly materials and supporting local growers

Wellbeing — creating spaces that soothe the mind and awaken the senses

Wildlife support — designing gardens that buzz, flutter, and thrive

Connection — shaping spaces that help people feel closer to nature

🌸 Why I Do This

I’ve always been fascinated by the emotional power of plants — how a single tree, a hinge of light, or the scent of crushed herbs can shift the way we feel. Urban Greenery grew from that fascination: a desire to bring more softness, more meaning, and more life into the places people call home.

Designing gardens is my way of helping others find those moments of calm and grounding that nature offers so generously.

🌿 How I Work

I listen first.

Every project begins with understanding how you want to feel in your space — relaxed, inspired, playful, cocooned. Then I build a garden around those feelings, blending practical needs with layered planting and natural form.

My designs are rooted in:

A strong planting palette tailored to your lifestyle

Thoughtful layouts that work with your space, not against it

Sustainable choices that age well and tread lightly

Seasonal interest that makes your garden feel alive all year

🍃 A Note on Authenticity

I don’t believe a garden needs to be perfect to be beautiful.

I value texture, movement, and the gentle wildness that makes a space feel real and lived-in. If you’re looking for a garden that feels good — not just looks good — we’ll be a great match.

✨ Let’s Create a Space That Feels Like You

If you're longing for a garden that supports your wellbeing, reconnects you with nature, and brings more calm into your daily life, I’d love to work with you.
