Pressed In Time
RHS Malvern Spring Festival 2026
About the garden
At the 2026 RHS Malvern Spring Festival, Pressed in Time: Nature’s Memory was awarded a prestigious Silver-gilt Medal. Inspired by the timeless art of flower pressing, the garden invites visitors on a gentle journey through soft, naturalistic planting to explore the beauty of flowers both in bloom and preserved as keepsakes. A winding gravel path leads to a striking oversized flower press made from reclaimed materials, symbolising the way plants can capture memories, emotions and moments in time. Beyond this focal point, a quiet reflective space featuring hand-pressed botanical artwork encourages visitors to slow down, reconnect with nature and appreciate the fleeting beauty of the seasons. Designed with sustainability at its core, the garden uses reclaimed and UK-sourced materials, avoids concrete entirely, and will be relocated after the show to benefit a community space in Worthing.
